Qubes does not have a default browser. These are default browsers Debian and Fedora VM. in Whonix VM default browser is tor. in Kicksecure template you set the default browsers yourself (browser choice). it's the same as installing a Debian VM on Secureblue and saying that firefox-esr is the default browser in Secureblue😄
