Four Android apps of my own, and not one of them needs a Google account. Alien Pass, Sachwert-Tresor (Hard-Asset Vault), Ausgaben-Tracker (Expense Tracker) and Alien Fitness run fully offline and reach phones through Zap Store. I publish with my own Nostr key, signed with Amber on my phone. The APK signing certificate is linked to my npub with an identity proof, so anyone can check that an app really comes from me. Alien Pass v1.5 just went out: a trash bin, custom pickers and a fresh security audit before release. From device test to Zap Store listing took one evening. No corporation had to approve it. Building my own tools and handing them straight to people is a lot of fun right now.
