I will tell you what i do with these, maybe you will find it helpful. They have many seeds that stuck in teeth and i hate it. So, i take a sieve for spaghetti and put tulle into it. Then i put the blackberries in and press them to take the juice out of them without the seeds. You can drink the juice or make marmelade with it. But what is left in the tulle is also useful. I put what has been left in the tulle inside a vase (or a wide mouth bottle) and then fill it with some white spirit (i use tsipouro 😀) and add a finger of sugar and some cinnamon and leave it there for 40 days to make a liqueur (tha last few years i don't use sugar actually). So with the same blackberries i make two things. Juice or marmelade and liqueur.
