Requesting money shouldn't be scary. No more pasting a string of code and hoping it's right. Just a link you can share easily. β‘
You could, but that requires two separate steps: going to an exchange to purchase Bitcoin and then checking out at the store. This combines both into a single process, reducing friction.
Two days ago, we launched Spend and Replace. You can now spend your Bitcoin without being worried about how much it will be worth tomorrow. β‘ Itβs four steps, then you never think about it again: 1. Turn on Spend and Replace in settings 2. Add funds to your Dollar balance 2. Send Bitcoin like you normally would 3. Watch the replacement land automatically Spend and Replace is live now. β‘ iOS β apps.apple.com/us/app/blitz-wallet/id6476810582 Android β play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blitzwallet Zapstore β https://zapstore.dev/apps/naddr1qvzqqqr7pvpzp8098kstdl5gen0nkxt4z08qgckrykhz2x4djh7ha0auz65f56qpqq8kxmmd9e3xc6t50fmkzmrvv46qz57swt
Bitcoin payments are changing the world. Open to everyone, controlled by no one.
The ones buying today are the ones spending tomorrow. β‘
1. The main Blitz seed is encrypted on your device using either a PIN (with salt) or biometrics. This means user interaction is required to load the wallet. Since NWC needs to work without user interaction, we have to use a separate wallet. 2. Is Clave open source? Maybe we can look at how they handle it and optimize our setup.
