I just saw a video where some old guy almost ran over a police officer on a bicycle who was in full high visibility clothing. The old guy literally did not see him. Some kinda eye issues probably. Didn’t even stop when they knocked on the driver window. So is that also a case of who cares let them kill themself like when I posted that failure of the woman trying to ride an e scooter? Or can we introduce mandatory eye or driver rechecking every 5 years or something.
