Always look in the bright side of life! We live in a small coastal home. We call it the “the tent” I have 89 indoor plants and the house has lots of windows…we do not have fancy furniture it loads of space but what we do have is nature all around us - that kind of “green” energy is unquantifiable and my greatest gift to my two adult kids who still live at home. 💚 It’s the small things that count….

58 no plastic. No bio hacks. Just five decades of constant moving and I have a super charged love of sugar too BUT it’s the daily discipline of sweating at least 5-6days a week for one hour that yields lifelong results! And make sure you pass that shit down to your children. Moving “violently or unconventionally” works if you do it every day and know you can!! 💪😎

My parents are silent generation … I’m An X and my zoomers are both based. It also comes from good parenting or dare I say - I’m the parent; I’ve been around - know a bit more than the kid - fuck up but not enough to create havoc in the home and pass those methods down. Luck is also learning quickly, what a bad idea looks like! 😂🧡🙏
