Thereās some pretty smart folks here, living with wholesome intention.
You can spoon-feed work that you know will make people successful - a sense of purpose and/or monetary success - and they will refuse to open their mouth.
The concept makes sense, pretty much blasting them until thereās nothing left of them, likely not consumed every day either.

Basic > nothing, šÆ I tried military calisthenics and failed within 5 min. Too much, and I knew I couldnāt carry that on long term without quitting. I scaled it back and found something challenging but tolerable. I too, have much room for improvement.
Artichoke capsules are interesting!
As someone who has a bit of a midline crisis, Iāve learned that canāt out exercise a bad diet. Your food choices and intake are critical. That said, finding core exercises that you like and are finding effective for your body can be a challenge, but when you do, do them twice! Iām finding calisthenics, even beginner workouts, include abs in every session.
