Been thinking a lot about this. I feel it is important to do this as analog/manual as possible for as long as possible to stave off the automation. Use metro pass cards for instance, pay machine in cash, don't use app. So long as they continue to see people doing this they less likely they are to force automation and app use.

So much concern over grapheneOS and border patrol. I can't speak to in person, but their CBP Roam app is pure garbage. Didn't work at all, crashed repeatedly on wifes iOS. Even their iPad kiosk needed permission tweaking. Multiple calls and frustration finally got checked in. I feel people are worried about a technical competency that just isn't there. Most agents aren't going to have any clue if your phone is a Pixel, or is running Graphene. #grapheneos, #borderpatrol

"Investment grade vehicle" very often means little more than it doesn't depreciate, or does so slowly enough so you don't care. Very few if almost none increase in value, and certainly not if they are used for what they were designed for, driving. I say buy it, enjoy it, live life and stop worrying that bitcoin will outpace it by orders of magnitude.

Just about back to Rochester after cruising for 3 weeks Lake Ontario and Thousand Islands. Been a fun adventure and while glad to be back also a bit sad too. #sailing
