Lots of water. Garlic Lemon squeezed in water Rest My father-in-law would light to burn off the alcohol and boil his homemade wine down to an almost syrup like texture. Slam it down and go to sleep. You sweat like crazy but it seemed to help. I would only do with homemade wine. All he used was grapes and stems, and let nature do it’s thing. No sulfites and other crap. I would pump vitamins but other than vitamin D drops— likely a 💩🪙

Love them. Doesn’t mean you let them zap your energy. Get your energy zaps here and in other positive places. Don’t envy. It’s not always as rosy as it looks sometimes. Let’s go!
