I think that’s a more realistic outcome bc there are so many variables and actors at play. I actually think the U.S. federal government imploding would be a huge net-positive for the entire world including US citizens long-term. I’m not sure this will happen anytime soon and I’m skeptical about the results short-term since the U.S. population is weak and due to freakishly large subsidies for decades from the federal government and living under reserve currency dynamics, states aren’t competitive in a lot of industries. I maintain that the best option for the performant individuals is to move to more favorable jurisdictions, like our ancestors did. Our ancestors migrated from Africa all through Europe and Scandinavian, the British isles and eventually all the way to North and South America. Adapting and dominating the entire way. The best of us can (and will) do it again, it’s in our blood.

Sometimes I really get down on myself for not having the balls to be a professional bank robber. Banks are criminal enterprises that make fake money at will at the expense of everyone else.
