I created an agent. In agent creation you give it a role and basic purpose and how it should interact with you and other agents. I said I wanted it to keep track of anything I tell it and make me a daily brief at a certain time each day. I just typed/brain dumped everything I could remember in no particular order into a message to my agent and asked it to organize and create a smooth workflow. It then made an automation to send me a morning and nightly brief and check in throughout the day. I just have to tell it which number i finished so it can update the list.

Last night I set my new personal agent in Buzz to send me a morning to do brief based on a brain dump. This morning I had a very clear plan for my day.
