There is a positive side to all of this… because it can be changed. What we are “fed” in childhood truly shapes us. I grew up a bit differently and it shows. My family was rooted more in science, logic, and emotional strength. They taught me not to fear the world because they themselves were fearless. That kind of energy stays with you. But strength is already within you too. You just have to dig deep enough to find it. The truth is, facing your fears is unavoidable. Yet once you actually face them, you often realize there was nothing truly there to hurt you. Most of the suffering comes from our own thoughts… worrying about what people may say, what they may think, or how they may judge us. But in the end, none of those people live your life for you. You still wake up. You still provide for yourself. You still survive. You still carry yourself through life. And once you realize that, the opinions of others start losing their power. You are the one who matters most in your own life. Love yourself properly, and the world around you will begin to feel different too. The better you treat yourself internally, the better you will experience everything externally.
