Stay relaxed when doing the Wim Hof breathing exercise. This is not a challenge workout. The more relaxed you are, the more oxygen can be stored in your body. And the longer your retention times can be. Also here, no competition. The retention times differ from day to day and person to person. Whatever duration you can effortlessly relax in, is the right length for you in that moment. We want to access deeper areas in our brain that go beyond thought, clear us up from everyday information overload, and make us feel home in our body and mind. Totally understand your reasoning. If your business doesn't have anything directly to do with Bitcoin, you can't be sustainable Nostr-only. Few people using Nostr is one thing. But also the infrastructure isn't quite there yet. No reliable/secure DMs. Longer video uploads (+1 minute) rarely work. No profile/channel building possible, just disappearing Twitter-like feeds. This goes for all clients I tried. While this may certainly take time to develop (does it?), meanwhile for people who don't value the freedom future vision (yet), these are reasons enough for not even trying Nostr. The zapping is one of the best festures. But again, only if you understood and value Bitcoin already. So, right now, there's no other way but to diversify. And to some extent that's healthy and keeps us open minded here. Nostr is one of a kind though and I'm sure and hope we'll continue to see you around 🙏🏼🫂
