I finally made a #mindmap. It's getting too big and people keep telling me that I'm "all over the place." This is frustrating, working with binary brained mortals. Don't you know who I am? Look. Here's some important context: #NOSTR is a permanent record of events... It's #immutable (like Bitcoin) and permanent (like Twitter, remember that sh*t was to be archived in the Library of Congress?!?).* The Fed, CIA, and (god knows who-- it's a relay, FFS) are reading over here on NOSTR. It's public. And therefore we need to be careful in talking about things that haven't happened yet. NOSTR notes could be retrieved as evidence, in the future. (We need to make sure that our private conversations are private.) For this reason, NOSTR should never become a place to organize, only a place to collect and document permanent information. But #OPA is a place where only my FRIENDS and CO-COLLABORATORS are. The benefit of OPA as compared to WhatsApp is that old messages are visible to newcomers (like NOSTR), which is convenient bc they can "catch up" and get familiar with the characters. Yeah, I said the quiet part out loud. Everyone becomes an avatar. An archetype. Better if familiar --even if villainous-- it's comfortable. (Shout out to OrangeDiet.) This is why when we #gamify it all, we'll need an AI #avatar to represent our story.
