DAY 25/31 Nope. Nada. DAY 26/31 a much better effort. A morning walk followed by a short yoga session. Followed by work. #31days

DAY 24/31 meh… no real exercise; all day walking and talking our way around two trade events buying for my Boutique… honestly would have preferred walking on the beach… but #3 son said we looked “not too bad” and wanted to take our picture so I’ll take that as a win. Long day. GN #31days with

DAY 23/31 Sunday and a day off for me which means more time to walk. 🙂 #31days

DAY 27/31 just a beach walk this morning. I missed yoga so I could get some food prep done before work for our son’s birthday dinner tomorrow. Beautiful morning. I can almost taste Spring! #31days #beachwalk

Trying to sign up for with so I can upload a vlog to primal… I only have my phone… when I enter my npub it messages my profile a code, but I have to exit the registration page in order to get the code… and then I have to start over and can’t get anywhere… what am I missing? I have compressed my video to 37mb but does t seem able to cope with that as a file size. Help?! #asknostr #help #newbievlogger #vlog
