I dislike hashtags. Sometimes I think that posting with a hashtag may lead to more visibility, but then how am supposed to know which ones I should type in? So I am guessing. And then put str at the end. It is stupid. Also, when I subscribe to a hashtag (in Amethyst), I get the feed of the topic, but it is full of bots because they are good at spamming hashtags. I feel like no one should waste time writing it manually. Instead, notes should be automatically categorized by topic without anyone having to think about it.

I have a friend who used to be in a similar predicament, but the he settled on being ambivalent.
