Why should this matter? Why can't I use any client, press 1 button, and connect any lightning wallet. This was how it worked last year and now it's 10x harder and 20x more annoying......

I'm sorry, but why was this horrible UI change made? Last year I could press 1 button and connect to any wallet on my phone to send zaps. Why was this made so cumbersome, I don't get it. Nostr won't grow when UI is made harder and more annoying....

Who wants to be zapped? Currently, I can only receive zapa. I used to be able to send them, but now I can't, and this used to be way easier to set this up. Wth happened? Can anyone explain what I need to do? Simplest answer with steps gets zapped once I set it up. Thanks 🙏 I really want to use nostr more, but every time I get back here something is broken that was fine before, and now it's way harder to fix.....every time

I spoke to a mother today who really believes in Bitcoin. She runs events for Bitcoiners with her daughter, but she is super frustrated because, "Bitcoiners don't spend their bitcoin." She pours her heart out into her events, but she never even breaks even. She has become disheartened in this space and even thinks Bitcoin could fail because it is not being used as a medium of exchange. We should remember that @jack said the same exact thing not too long ago. This mother did recognize Jack and @cashapp's recent efforts to push Bitcoin as a MoE for merchants, and she is hopeful on that front. But I completely understand her concern. I also spoke recently to a Bitcoin film maker. He poured his heart and soul into a Bitcoin documentary and had high hopes of it going mainstream. He was left in utter disappointment when he came to the realization that his film was not catching on. He told me, "Bitcoiners just aren't sharing it with anyone." How tragic is that? Bitcoiners really need to put more effort into supporting other Bitcoiners, because no one else will! Normies won't give a shit until they have to! Bitcoiners need to step up!! Share posts from Bitcoin artists and creators. Shop products made by Bitcoiners. Help other Bitcoiners. Build things together. PAY BITCOINERS WHO OFFER VALUE FOR YOU.
