Looks nice, I need this feature, was thinking about it as well, I'm glad to see someone implemented it.

I only took a quick look at BitChat internals, so I don’t know it that well yet. To me it looks mostly like a terminology difference, not something fundamental. If you would sync and use the same event formats (kind, tags etc), then you could most probably pull each other’s events and vice versa. Anyway, I’m pretty excited to keep working on Mafrend. Should be fun once it’s out there 👍

Oh nice! At least one Relay on JVM that I know. Do you support all special kind rules like correctly handling the replaceable events, deletion requests events, metadata events etc?
