Below is someone impersonating as official Trezor taking advantage of the recent Coldcard vulnerability to create even more confusion, panic, and urgency. This mail was sent to someone who recently attended one of our Self Custody group workshops. Most people don’t follow this space closely and could easily fall for something like this. That’s why the role of educators is so important: to be a beacon people can turn to whenever they need help navigating this new frontier. The Bitcoin Journey is incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with many risks and dangers. Ultimately, our role is to help people spot the difference between noise and signal.
