With someone emotionally immature, you'll have a childlike relationship. There's no real conflict resolution. No accountability. No growth. Many people are children in adult bodies - unwilling to do the work, but expecting you to carry the weight of the relationship.

Ever noticed how toxic people disappear when they're wrong? They stop calling. Stop texting. Not because they're hurt but because apologizing would mean they're guilty. So instead of saying "I was wrong they punish you with silence. That's emotional immaturity.
