Great idea. Helps to plan it with an earlier bed time.
The sunrise is the most sacred time of the day for me. I love getting a full night’s rest so I can experience it at its best. Some combination of movement, meditation, & journaling are all ideal at this time. Highly recommend.
Let the past be what it is & release control about the future. Place your full attention into the current moment. This is the only place where real peace is actually found.
