Connecting to your breath during times of stress & anxiety will always be one of the most important things you can do. Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand on your belly. Close your eyes & breathe slow, deep, intentional breaths for a few minutes. Allow your exhales to get slightly longer with each breath. Use your breath as the doorway back to your center. Express gratitude for what you have. Make decisions from this calm & centered place. Much love.

Clarity doesn’t come from overthinking. It comes from creation. Take action. You’ll discover what you like and what you don’t like. Build momentum in what you like. This momentum will turn into confidence, and the newfound confidence you gain will change your life.
