You can always tell in a few seconds whether someone truely understands what they are talking about or if they are just regurgitating a talking point. The best skill in life is positioning yourself to say no, and having an excellent signal to noise ratio. There's just too much bullshit out there. It's ok to prune out old circles if they are just not willing to upgrade their mindset and circumstances. Some just don't want you bettering yourself as it will reveal their inadequacy and lack of drive. Don't let people hold you back in any facet of your life, whether it's health or wellness. Rise up and don't look back.
