So easy! Precook the meat and onions. Gather whatever else you want (cheese, pickles, sauce, etc.). Roll out about 90g of fermented bread dough and wrap up everything in the dough. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. So good!

Thankfully, she was hungry but very healthy. A little buckwheat flour along with her regular feeding was just the ticket. Already have some dough bulk fermenting and looking good. Always love sourdough tips. Thanks so much!!
