There's a few different ways. The BCH community is new to nostr so it will take time for things to develop, for btc there's aqstr.com and other similar things where you can get paid for replying and sharing things.

You may be interested in aqstr.com Unfortunately they don't pay in BCH, only btc lightning zaps. But you can convert it on an exchange or maybe find other people on nostr to swap btc for BCH. It's only a matter of time before someone creates the same thing specifically for BCH nostr.
