Maybe you should look the apple desktops like apple studio and apple mini, i dont have one of this but looks to do a pretty good job, if you dont want this trial you will need to focus on a stronger GPU, nvidia has some good ones including models focused on running LLMS, a good channel to watch videos about it is networkchuck

Helldivers 2(this one its better with friends), hotline miami1 + 2(better with mouse and keyboard but works on controller to), red dead redemption 2, days gone, hollow knight(the silksong its sick too), ori and the blind forest, high on life(this one its fuckin amazing), inscryption(i promisse it will blow your mind), mad max, Project zomboide, i probabbly miss a lot of my favs but this ones are a pretty good start
