Have you ever wondered why I keep selling paintings for Bitcoin? Not because it's easier. Not because it's more convenient. But because every time I accept Bitcoin, I'm choosing something that can't be printed from nothing, manipulated at will, or silently devalued. I paint to turn time into art. There is a huge difference between being informed and being overwhelmed by information. Filtering through the sheer volume of news we are bombarded with every day is extremely difficult and sometimes the solution is not to find the right filter, but to accept that most of what happens in the world does not require any response from us. This is not ignorance. It is a choice about where to direct our attention, which is a limited resource, not an unlimited civic duty.
