I bought a refurbished ThinkCentre and a 2TB external SSD to replace my old raspibolt. I wanted to setup a server but it doesn´t seem possible to run StartOS on the smaller, internal SSD and Bitcoin Core and the rest on the external storage. What are my options? Is there a way to proceed with Start9? Or minibolt? #asknostr

I disagree. Carnivore diet probably gives you all the macronutrients you need, but it comes with an increased risk in colon cancer. Fiber on the other hand reduces the risk by diluting detrimental compounds and reducing transit time. Your gut microbiome also benefits. Iron overload of your GI tract by eating a lot of red meat results in increased oxidative stress. Vitamin C as an potent antioxidant might be able to reduce this.
