"Besan ke ladoo" are popular, round-shaped Indian sweets. made by roasting chickpea flour (besan) in ghee (clarified butter), mixed with sugar , cardamom and sometime dryfruits and shaped into balls. Unlike Western cookies, they are not baked. Instead, they are prepared by slow-roasting the flour in a pan😄
