Amethyst is using an older (deprecated) version of the Concord spec due to refusing to update unfortunately, so it has compatibility issues. For Vector, either on GitHub or our Community is perfectly fine ( https://vectorapp.io/hub - that option will absolutely be added in the next update, just a client limitation as we focus on making the app easy for non-Nostr users. 🙏

What client was that? That is not the intended experience, all members of a Dissolved community can still permanently see the history, the Owner client of course may locally delete it, as they requested to, but members see the full, locked history forever.

“Misbehaves” in what way? If you mean by compromise, that is a user error, in the same way you should not let your Discord account or Bitcoin wallet keys be compromised, users (and clients) have a responsibility to protect their keys. If not by compromise, but general outrage, the same thing applies, a Discord Server owner may delete (or disband, in our case) their entire community, that is always how it’s been. This is a social problem rather than a technical problem. Still, for users that understand Multisig (99% of the world that use WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, don’t know what Multisig even means), we will eventually support that in the future as a niche feature.

Decentralisation is a vast advantage, NIP-29 is a plaintext database that can be deleted, seized, or shutdown, Concord is a decentralised and encrypted stream.

Multi-owner (governed or collaborative) Communities in Concord are a future plan, but unncessary in 99.8% of cases.
