Son had a double header. Sunny day. His coach commented about the chance for sunburn. I explained how I haven’t burned for years due to not eating highly processed food/ seed oils and prioritizing fruits high in vitamin C. Said how I’ve done back to back days of double headers. He said “You got lucky.” 🤦🏻‍♂️ WTF 🤷🏻‍♂️
