I have a pod doing it too, just figured I'd bring it up, not actually something I would actually argue about. But the splitting by medium just makes it easier for clients to just be good at one thing OR not have to filter themselves when querying. Like I'm imagining Podverse, would essentially end up making a query for this list on each tab, but it was "this list is my podcasts I'm subbed to", this is the episodes I favorited" "this is my list of episodes for onboarding people to nostr", etc then that client doesn't have to do filtering and they are less of a burden on the relay. Might be worth some testing.

You might consider using some (3?) Hashtags on your posts and vibing a website (nsite?) To show off your work and allow folks to filter by tags or send links to specific posts to other people.

I know what y'all are working on is going to mainly focus on the RSS to nostr bridge, but if you add the nostr podcasts (I prefer dereks spec currently), it'll likely encourage usage. Also, this is going to get complex if you allow one list to have all of those different kinda favorites right? What the benefit of not separating out each medium into its own list?
