True, but when you step back and look at the whole picture and given the body of evidence you could assign any reasonable probability that it is highly likely he IS guilty… You bring in that little fine print clause that basically says: “Even if I was guilty, I’m currently not guilty because I control who is guilty and who is not guilty, therefore I’m not guilty.” Pretty dangerous.
