I did AA for several years back in 2007. It's like having a record on repeat... They never seem to move past it, and most are just stuck where they have been for years. I still see some of them around from time to time. And yes, especially beer, which I never hardly drink, but last week before it started I had several beers several days in a row. It has some of the highest purines which convert to uric acid, which causes crystals in the joint, which your immune system attacks and causes the pain and inflammation.

No I do, the ones today were chicken, over easy on sourdough with cheese and a sausage patty. Was really yummy.

How do I do that? Typically I'll send to a self custody hot wallet to consolidate from various places then I'll send to cold storage when it's of sufficient size say 2 million Sats or so. How big should utxo's be?

Also note, last night around 8 was really starting to hurt so I tried putting ice on it. Well that didn't do well as it increased the pain and zapping (not the good kind of zap either) so I tried soaking in hot water. That immediately took away the zapping feeling and made it feel much better. I soaked for about 30-45 minutes in Epsom salts and managed to go to bed and sleep until 0300! Yay! Got up, did another soak and fell back asleep until 0630 when the wife got up. I went back to bed for another hour. Also this morning it's seems to be looking better. Much less redness.
