The ONLY thing that should set interest rates is the free market. The private Mortgage market IS the real market. Anything else is government subsidies. Fanny May and Freddy Mac are illegal and unconstitutional as far as their association with the government is concerned. The Federal reserve is a very effective PSYOP, and should not exist. Housing was coopted by the FED to cover for money printing and inflation. It must stop. Houses are not money. The stupid FIAT MONEY system has turned houses into money. The free market in housing does not exist. I could list 100 reasons why is doesn't exist, but I'll cite the tax laws just to start.

Its also is, a software tool in business & finance. XRP is a high speed settlement system, exchange network, accounting tool. Companies will use it for commercial actions. Many governments will try and move their FIAT currencies onto an XRP platform because they can maintain control and surveillance. Because of XRPs centralized architecture, it is relatively energy efficient. It is not even near as secure and decentralized as Bitcoin. Bitcoin and XRP are COMPLETELY different in most consequencial ways. BITCOIN is an actual "store of value" money, whereas XRP is not .There is alot more to say, but just remember these are two completely different things. RIPPLE held back 80% of the XRP tokens for themselves, donated $10 million to the Harris Campaign, 6 million to Green Peace to fight Bitcoin, is the world's largest promotor of CBDCs, and lobbied heavily against Bitcoin mining. Keep those facts in mind while if you look at XRP. RIPPLE is NOT a freind of Bitcoin, of freedom loving people. I think XRP is great way to lose money.

Michael Saylor said that "Economics turned from an art to a science on January 3rd 2009". I have dwelled on this statement, trying to dispute it for more truth. I have had no success in doing so. His reasoning revolved around the fact that Bitcoin is directly linked to electricity, augmented by many hardware and software applications. Since Bitcoin has its basic essentials anchored in the mathematiics of electrical energy, I found Michael Saylor's statement to be profound. Bitcoin will change the way Economics is taught. In the future there will be alot less art and alot more science in the Economics classrooms.
