They are introducing or backing major changes in the world economic system such as stable coins, trade deals, peace treatys, and Bitcoin. This shutdown is far more than it seems. Its a way to achieve mass firings of government workers. WHAT they tell the public is just political psychological bullshit on yet another level of the 5th generation psychological war.
