Carnivore- question the narrative.. meat is bad for us? Nah it’s amongst the most real food out there! Got me wanting to try carnivore again but this time the right way. In regards to the sunlight thing, I think sun is absolutely important, and it’s hard as a night shifter to make sure I get enough but always feel better when I do. Blue light reduction is a huge one I’ve been trying too.. blue light filter on my phone, switched from LED lights to Halogens and incandescent, a lot of the old tech is just better in some ways.

I think it is an important innovation in terms of solving many problems we have but I think inevitably we will reach a plateau again of more problems to be solved that AI is unable to within science fields. I’m skeptical all diseases will be able to be cured for example but tend to think it will reach many advancements as a result of making thinking efficient through data centers and AI innovations. #asknostr #llms #ai #future

Less X more books and NOSTR. Less screen time and more chill in the moment boredom. It’s almost like we’re conditioned to think that boredom is bad now.

But again I’m just a pleb. Already been through 4 years. Just need to see what another cycle will do
