I know a dozen people who haven't filed or paid any income taxes or investment taxes for 25+ years and one for 5 years. The truth is US federal income taxes legally are voluntary and they just want everyone to be ignorant of this so they pay them. The action that does in fact make you now responsible to pay them is FILING them. Simply stop filing federal income tax returns and they won't call you, no letters, nothing. They just leave you alone.

Good! Sucks for NY and the folks who live there but its good to have an early example of extreme socialism is a big public spot where allllll can see what commies will cause. Citizens here haven't learned about hard core socialism/communism because they haven't lived with it and that is the only reason they think its good.
