I wasn't looking for a life lesson today. I was just accompanying my grandma to the market. Then I saw an elderly woman wearing a shirt that said, "I'm a crossing guard because 'superhero' isn't an official job title." It made me realize how many real heroes we walk past every single day. The people who stand under the scorching sun to keep strangers safe. The people whose names we'll never know. The people who don't wear capes—they wear uniforms, faded shirts, and tired smiles. Not every hero goes viral. Not every hero gets applause. Sometimes, they simply go home after making sure everyone else gets home safely. One of my favorite drawings so far. 🤍 I used a reference for this, but every line, every shadow, and every detail was still drawn by me. People always tell me, "You have talent," and I'm really grateful for that. But the truth is, talent alone isn't enough. I don't always have the passion or motivation to create.
