I'd say skip the salad entirely, and do some steamed or lightly sautéed Asian greens! Some garlic, chilies, and oyster sauce can do wonders to make bok choy and the like to taste delicious!

Out of curiosity, have you encountered any other parish here?

I still have a couple dozen folks over on FB, including family. I try to open Messenger.com once or twice a week to reply to messages, but it doesn't always happen. As for migrating them over to Nostr, I keep trying but haven't had much success. Being fairly new myself, I don't yet have the street cred or knowledge to explain why this protocol is such an innovation. Hopefully, I'll continue to learn and show people what we can do with this. I'm also thinking, just aloud for now, that I could put my mission's content up on its own npub. Give people another place to explore our content? What do you think?

Just jumping in to remark: MeWe still exists? I had an account roughly a decade ago, stayed for a year or two, but found that interactions dwindled significantly after the first half year or so. Almost like Diaspora and a few other attempts at alternative social media.
