The odds of rolling any 5 specific outcomes in 8 rolls would be the same, e.g. the 5 combos of 1-6, 2-4, 3-3, 5-6, and 2-5. All rolls are independent events, just because repeats look more interesting to humans doesn’t mean anything special happened.
