That's especially on the spammy relays. Do not use nos.lol, relay.primal.net, nostr.oxtr.dev or relay.damus.io, they are all suffering from disgusting spam. Maybe it would be good to remove Damus and Primal as default relays from #MKStack and to replace them with nostr.mom and nostr.wine
