what model? I have a NUC13ANHI5, running stable for over a year now, and I use it quiet a lot.

Intel (now Asus) NUC with proxmox installed and StartOS in a virtual machine is amazing. Even have room left for a docker VM (for stuff not on StartOS) and a small VM for development. NUC 13 Pro, i5, 2TB nvme, 2 TB SSD, 64GB Ram.
