The Dutch bitcoin companies have won a lawsuit against the regulator. Good to read that the lawsuit against DNB (the Dutch central bank) has been won on appeal. I actively contributed to this at the start in my former role as chairman of the United Bitcoin Companies Netherlands (VBNL). Winning a lawsuit against a party who's main job is to make sure everyone is compliant is a *huge* thing.
