Today I realised the reason I’m so untrusting of most people I come into contact with but more specifically of ‘professionals’ and ‘subject experts’ that are acting as service and skill providers for me as the client/customer. My whole life I have flat out refused to accept that the average person i deal with is capable of such a high level of both general and specialised incompetence. I have always chosen to believe that this kind of incompetence is the exception, not the rule. However, utter incompetence by ‘experts’ is encountered so frequently, that with my first belief intact, the only viable conclusion is that the acts are intentional. We are currently trying to finalise a contract. The 2 parties agreed on terms at 10am last Friday. It took the middleman 6hrs to delete 3 clauses and slightly modify wording in the remaining clause... (4 drafts to get these basic changes correct) The middleman is desperate to broker the deal so has been pushing hard for the contract to be signed. We got the green light from our legal team this morning (middleman in all their urgency failed to get the contract correct in time for the legal review on Friday… they had 4hrs). Long weekend here so legal review has been completed this morning and we are now ready to sign. Green light given to the broker who sends through the original doc, prior to changes, for signing.🤦‍♂️ It’s got to be intentional… surely nobody can survive into adulthood with this level of incompetence? THIS is the reason we MUST remove guard rails and warning signs from cliff tops.

Fair enough, for many of us arriving in more recent epochs, that’s a small fortune in BTC hence my shock but yes for OGs I’m sure this is just loose change… or a potentially orphaned UTXO (at some future point). So makes total sense as an initial fund raising round. I hope there is strong uptake as it is a very important story to share. “A hero of the ages”.

Yes, the person or people that rob one of the greatest inventors of our era should also be one of the greatest inventors of our era. Not some losers trying to break the greatest invention in our lifetime. Think how much work will have been done by those that finally make a useful quantum computer… PoW. I’m not saying those that crack quantum computing ‘deserve’ Satoshi’s coins however better they go to someone who has shown adequate PoW vs the alternative of destroying Bitcoin’s value proposition. Those that are for freezing Satoshi’s coins are on the wrong network… I’m sure they’d feel more at home and welcomed over at Ethereum.

A friend told me yesterday that they used chatGPT to plan their whole Japan trip including their accom. They were pleased with the outcome.
