It might be too difficult to do for US - Australia. But from personal experience I try to sync my eating times to the timezone I’m going to a day beforehand and on the flight, so no eating while it’s nighttime at my destination. (And I’ll try to get some sleep in on the plane during nighttime of my destination.) This really helps me reduce jetlag. I’ve also read that grounding (bare feet on grass/sand/soil) helps getting your body in tune with the new timezone.

I personally like Memrise better. Promova seems decent too, after I tried it only for a bit. And I still have to test Busuu.
