I had been eating bacon grease since very young. there was a time all of a suddenly people believed it's very unhealthy because of its cholesterol and saturated fatty acid so no one ate that anymore. i never felt wrong with my body eating bacon grease until i stopped, there was always inflammation and oral ulcers with me for many years. the inflammations are finally gone after i start eating Omega-3 and Vitamine A-Z everyday months ago. i just learnt that bacon grease has actually very balanced ratio of Omega-3 to 6, and it has very abundant natural vitamins. that partially explains the reason of me being constantly in inflammation and oral ulcers. our ancestors had eating bacon grease for thousands years, the fiat food system has probably imposed so many bullshit into the narratives.
