I have some raw milk that I was thinking about canning but wasn’t sure how it’d turn out. Is it still pretty good?

My dad gave me these old scales but I don’t know how to use them. He said they were used to weigh cattle, but didn’t know much else about them. Anyone have any resources to learn about them? I’m not even sure what to type in to YouTube to find a tutorial on them #asknostr
