I agree with him. My take might be different because we don’t need physical integration. The other financial institutions need to adopt Bitcoin into their system. Here is a simple example. If I’m buying a house, I will need some sort of credit system that values my Bitcoin as collateral and they need to hold my Bitcoin. They would need to hold Bitcoin in aggregate in a wallet and would need another ledger to keep track of customer Bitcoin ownership. Banks need to adopt Bitcoin as it is and build systems outside of it to integrate it into their operations.
