"My response was a bit strange. That’s what happens when you’re deeply immersed in the content. It’s exciting and the material is great. The theses are certainly important; I’ve viewed them critically and haven’t finished the book yet. From chapter 15 onwards, I found it to be even more gripping. I wouldn’t say that I [simply] view cryptography and economics; I just think it was necessary to find a solution to the problem within the digital world. It’s a shame that in doing so, one realizes that the human being is a sore point [vulnerable spot]; it becomes evident right there that humans are subject to more and more defined vectors than today’s mathematics is capable of expressing. But well, I don’t want to get philosophical; I have to push through until I’ve finished the book."
