I see many people are doing border runs, you can however get residency if you were to have another child in the country and I believe a $200 000 investment. Panama is also another country I think worthy of exploring, residency seems to be easier to obtain with a lower investment of $100000, or employment in the country, tax incentives are also good

After a little research I believe you do not have to have children vaccinated in Costa Rica
