I'm certain that Oregon was one of the states that pioneered it, and that they were doing it for about as long as I've been alive. There probably isn't a single state that hasn't been at least partially rigged. Maybe some counties are still free.

To all y'all citadel let's/homesteaders, tell me, why or why not should a homestead community be founded in either Western Texas or Western Montana? Curious to see if anyone has thoughts, for or against.

Not on my current setup. And I'm more focused on my home office right now. But when I'm finished with that, I actually may investigate because it occurred to me that may be an option as well. I do not have graphene OS at the moment but I remember learning that that's what they do.
